Australia’s organic farming is expected to increase by 13.7%
over 2014 driven by health consciousness and environmental awareness. The sector
has experienced supply chain improvements, better processing capabilities, and
more variety with a greater range of retail outlets prepared to expand their range.
The industries expected to suffer in 2014 are CD’s & DVD’s,
mining, horse racing, sugar-cane growing and newspaper publishing.
