How To Negotiate A Lease

The ARA is conducting a workshop on how to successfully negotiate a retail lease. Attendees will learn more about the Retail Leases Act 2003 and their rights and responsibilities as well as the fundamentals on how to research and evaluate retail lease terms. 

The Victorian Small Business Commissioner, Geoff Browne will be in attendance at each workshop and will explain in further detail how his office can assist Victorian retailers.
