New Renewal Initiatives

 A joint announcement this week from Joanne Wandel and Stan Liacos has revealed a number of new initiatives under the renewal banner.

City Ambassadors -Those of you who walk through our Melbourne CBD will have come across the City Ambassadors. They cannot be missed in their brightly coloured red uniforms as they assist visitors with information and advice. Well, they will now be providing a roving customer service at QVM every market day commencing April 3^rd. They will be liaising with QVM customer service team to ensure they provide customers with the right guidance around the market.

Visitor Hub – a visitor hub and new toilet facilities are to be provided in String Bean Alley by mid 2018. Customer service staff in F1 will move to a new purpose built container in SBA. As the renewal progresses, customer advice and service facilities will be adjusted with the aim of keeping customers fully informed about changes and how they can continue to engage traders.
