Update from Program Director , Joanne Wandel, contained some good news.
A redesigned
New Market Pavilion will offer greater flexibility for trading and will involve
removing seven of those ghastly Plane Trees that have been identified as the
source of much airborne irritation for traders and customers.
The toilet
block on Queen St is to be refurbished rather than immediately replaced and to many traders
that makes sense.
String Bean
Alley is to receive more containers which will please many traders looking for
the flexibility of that type of trading arrangement. Weather protection remains
an issue in SBA.
J Shed sun
protection - a treatment will shortly be added to a number of glass panels in J
Shed, providing sun protection for traders and customers.
