Self Employed People Are The Happiest

A recent Age article suggested that self-employed people (that includes market traders) are amongst the happiest in the workforce. In fact 92% of self employed people are happy with their jobs.
Apparently the ability to choose your own path rather than be told by a boss is the winning ingredient.
Who is the happiest of all? Here are the top ingredients for maximising work happiness –
-         A self-employed Australian (92 per cent).
-         Residing in the Northern Territory (91 per cent).
-         Who works in the arts and recreation services (93 per cent)
-         Earning in excess of $150,000 per year (92 per cent).

Well, we can all tick the first box. The rest? – maybe not.
