Richard is one of our Market Officers and forklift driving
is not in his normal list of duties but when 6 or so boxes were blocking the
car park entrance in String Bean Alley this Saturday morning he took up the
challenge to move them.
We need to ask why boxes where left to block this important customer
thoroughfare and why they were not removed by box hire staff. This is also a
good opportunity to remind all traders of our article on January 25th advising that
severe penalties will shortly be
