There is a notice in the car park advising that parking fees
will go up shortly as a result of a congestion tax. The detail is shown below.
The tax only applies to the CBD and inner Melbourne so it
won’t impact on our competing shopping centres in suburban areas.
This is an issue that deserves our close scrutiny but if you
want a knee-jerk reaction here is what one of our traders had to say – “Screwed
again – so much for government claims of protecting and promoting QVM”.
