Trader Tackles Online Monster Head-on.

One trader has decided to tackle the online bogeyman with a full frontal challenge to online prices.
Our trader identifies products in their range that are available from online sites including ebay and then shows customers why they are better-off to buy at the stall rather than the online alternatives. This is done through display cards spread around the stall. Half a dozen products have been identified and, interestingly, only one price had to be reduced to be competitive.
This trader argues that customers are better off financially by buying at the stall, have the advantage of touch and feel that cannot be gained online, and can pay with cash or any credit card, not just PayPal. This is seen this as re-educating the customers who might be blind-sided by all the media hype over online retailing.
